This is what I was looking at while trying to eat my emergency noodle energy. And for once, i was struggling to eat ’em. I’m not great with heights and although we’ve been up a few mountains now, and climbed a few steep passes, this one is the ultimate challenge. Pretty much a straight up climb, up a cliff face that comes with a full page of warnings. Not to do it in bad weather; It’s lethal in the rain; Wind is a no no; You gotta be ultra experienced; etc etc. Basically DOC try to put the frighteners on you well before you get there. And for good reason I can see now!
I actually thought it didn’t look anywhere near as bad as I was expecting. Just look at that huge waterfall on the right, be glad we’re not going up that!
Hej guys,
i’m a huge fan of your fantastic adventure down there. amazing pictures and funny stories ;)) i love it…
i’m a designer too and also a mountain and hiking geek.
now as i see this picture i can absolutely understand what you are feeling. absolutely. last year i had been hiking in the pyrenees and we almost pissed in our pants in similar conditions and huge warnings everywhere. but these are the best experiences, that you will always remember… after surving this shit :D
have fun
