Mmmm pancakes! We totally missed pancake day. Although not quite foraged food per say ( unless you count FourSquare supermarket ), we’d been inspired by all this free-style hiker food, hut bread and cake baking, so we thought we’d get busy with some lemon and sugar pancakes. Mmmmm :p Tasted amazing. Looked a bit ropey. Frying them in butter also created thick clouds of smoke, causing a ‘surprise indoor white-out’. I’m not really blessed with chef skills… Cookie took over and created perfect pancakes :D
